ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 12-06-2006

Minutes

League President:

• Opened the meeting
• Requested Treasurer to give Financial report
• Requested Chairman to give Annual report
• Called upon General Secretary to give is Annual report
• Requested acceptance of both reports from the members
• Stood down current committee
• Called upon members to elect the present committee en-bloc for season 2006-2007
• Called upon the members to vote in a new member Mr J. Gibbons
• Handed meeting back to Chairman.

New Meeting:

• Chairman introduced the committee to the members by position held.
• Informed the members that the Yellow Jersey Website will not be used for information during the 2006-2007 season.
• Infirmed the members that Chris Fellows C.P.O would carry on until the end of the season 2006-2007 and will hand over to Derek Brennan to take over the duties of C.P.O. in time for the 2007-2008 season

General Secretary:

• Informed the members that the League meetings would be on alternative Months dates are on the League Website CWYFL.com
• Reminded members that there are still ‘A’ Forms to be returned failure to return form by the 22^nd June will not be affiliated by the League (your responsibility)
• Requested members to return their Managers detail forms ASAP
• Reminded the floor that all League are to be mandatory for the season 2006-2007.
• Failure to attend or send a delegate will incur a fine of £25-00

Assistant General Secretary:

• Informed the members that the Referees Fee would remain at £20-00 for main league and £16-00 for the small sided section.
• Reminded members of the Small Sided section that their Meetings would still be the first Monday in the month.

There being no further business to discuss to the meeting closed at 8-45pm.
